è data al rispetto delle norme di igiene. Infatti, la camera delle Thermobox è stata realizzata con guide stampate e angoli raggiati per permettere una migliore pulizia (come previsto dalla normativa H1). Togliendo la porta è possibile lavare con un getto d’acqua l’interno della camera, e il fondo inclinato verso il lato operatore favorisce maggiormente la fuoriuscita dei liquidi. Per la versione calda, il gruppo riscaldante è fissato alla porta ma può essere rimosso.
As for all Metaltecnica products, we give particular care to the respect of hygiene. In fact, the room of the Thermoboxes has been realized with shaped slideways and rounded corners to allow an easier cleaning (as per H1 norm). It is possible to remove the door and wash the cabinet with a jet of water, and the back inclined towards the worker side facilitates the liquids discharge. Moreover, for the heated model, the heating unit exit fixed to the door but it can be removed.
Sono inoltre dotate di un dispositivo che stacca completamente la ventilazione e il riscaldamento, ogni qualvolta l’operatore vuole accedere all’interno della camera.
Tutte le versioni hanno l’apertura frontale e possono essere facilmente maneggiate grazie alla comoda maniglia ergonomica posta sulla porta. Dotate di quattro ruote diam. 125 mm in gomma poliuretanica di cui 2 girevoli con freno e 2 fisse. Assicurano quindi un’ottima stabilità e silenziosità nei movimenti.

All the versions have front opening and can be easily transported through the comfortable ergonomic handle on the door. They are on polyurethane rubber wheels diam. 125 mm, 2 of which are fixed, the other are swivelling with brake. They ensure a perfect stability and they’re silent in movement.
They also have a device that blocks completely the ventilation and the heating every time the worker wants to open the cabinet.

Tutti i modelli sono costruiti in acciaio inox AISI 304 e sono realizzati con struttura a doppia parete che grazie al suo isolamento termico garantisce uniformità di temperatura all’interno della camera. Nella versione calda, il riscaldamento avviene mediante ventilazione forzata ed è controllato da un termostato elettronico che consente di riprogrammare la temperatura.
All models are built in stainless steel AISI 304 and they’re realized with a double wall structure that, thanks to its thermal insulation, ensure the temperature uniformity inside the cabinet. In the hot version, the heating happens through forced ventilation and it is controlled by an electric thermostat through which the user can set the temperature.
Inoltre, nello schienale della camera interna è presente un distanziale ferma teglie che assicura anche un’ottima circolazione dell’aria calda.
Moreover, in the back of the inner cabinet there is a pan blocking distance slat which ensure also a good hot air circulation.
È inoltre possibile una facile lettura della temperature interna al vano, grazie al termometro analogico.
Moreover, it is possible to read easily the inner temperature of the cabinet through an analog thermometer.
Le versioni riscaldate sono dotate fronte porta di un sistema che limita l’eccessiva formazione di vapore, all’interno del vano. Una valvola manuale posta sulla porta, permette di espellere il vapore in eccesso che si crea durante la fase di mantenimento degli alimenti.
The heated models have in front of the door a system limiting the extra formation of steam inside the cabinet. A manual valve on the door makes the extra steam created during the food maintenance go out.
