Brad Conley, the owner of Carter Funeral Home, a large funeral home located in the North Shore - North Channel area of Houston, has been a leader in the fight against pilferage and vandalism in the neighborhood to protect not only the facility, but also visiting families. After a few incidents, Conley has been especially concerned about the mayhem in the neighborhood.

“I have a commitment to the families, the employees and the business. I have to take care of them and make sure they are safe,” he said.
