Casa Jardim (or Garden House) is set in well over half an acre of completely

private grounds, in the blissfully quiet village of Tavagueira.

The traditional style single storey villa benefits from a large

kitchen and an open plan lounge dining area.

Cactus & Palm Tree Garden..

Outside there is a generous verandah overlooking the extensive grounds, including its own ‘cactus and palm tree garden’ and of course a large private swimming pool. Also overlooking the swimming pool the property has a traditional brick built barbecue area.

The garden itself is split into three large tiers offering ample space for children to run and play or for the adults simply sit and soak up the sunshine.

The larger Village of Guia is approximately 2 kilometres away and has a number of excellent cafes and restaurants (the Village is famed for its Chicken Piri Piri) and a small shop. Slightly further afield is the main tourist resort on the Algarve, Albufeira, which is about 6 kilometres from Casa Jardim. The ‘Old Town’ of Albufeira has the usual tourist resort amenities including countless restaurants, cafes, shops, markets and a beautiful beach. The old town has retained much of its original charm from its expansion from its origins as a fishing settlement to what you see today.

To the East of the Old Town - ‘The Strip’ in Albufeira caters for those looking for a more lively atmosphere and its numerous clubs and bars run late into the night.

A number of beaches offering distinctively different characteristics are easily accessible from the Villa and these are well signposted and very easy to find.

Algarve Shopping, the premier shopping Mall of the Algarve, has numerous clothes and fashion outlets, a large food hall and a large supermarket (Contintente). This can be reached by driving through Guia and is approximately 10 minutes away by car. The Villa is a 45 minute drive from Faro Airport.

How to book..As Casa Jardim is rented privately through a British family the rates are

substantially more attractive than those of the various Villa rental companies

operating in the area.....Usually half the price!
