PHASE I – ENGAGEMENT AND PROGRAM DESIGN Cascadia works with each investor to define specific objectives including: geographic, returns, holding period, asset type, concentration levels and portfolio construction.

PHASE II – ASSET ACQUISITIONOnce objectives are designed, Cascadia sources and underwrites assets for acquisition through its channels. Cascadia programs each asset or project for holding period, required reserves, leverage, operating objectives and return targets
