2 A predetermined amount of product is received into the collator flights and orientated to a vertical position.
3 Collator advances the predetermined amount of vertically oriented product to the pusher zone. Pusher moves the product into the shutter deck staging zone.
4 An empty case is raised into the loading position. Shutter deck is opened and the product is loaded into the case.
5 Loaded case is lowered onto discharge belt. 6 Loaded case is discharged from casepacker system, and empty case enters loading zone for next operation cycle.
