16 SectionObjectives: To kick off the well with 3.6 Degrees DLS and turn to 21 Deg Azm at TD. Results: The BHA reacted as expected and build about 3.5 deg/100 sliding and 1 deg/100 in rotary. Due to drilling without return the hole was subject to back reaming and washing all times which reduced build up rate in some areas.

Recommendations When no return starting mud pumps slowly helps to avoid charging the formation quickly with fluid and causing it to collapse.

Surveys to be taken before connection and 10 feet off bottom. BHA to contain the minimum number of stabilizers.

12 1/4 SectionObjectives: To drill 12 1/4" hole with 3.5 deg builds per 100'

Results: Unable to make build rates with the Power Drive. Pulled out of the hole and pick up a mud motor set at 1.50 degrees. Ran back in the hole and drilled to casing point with no problems landing the well where the geologist on site requested.

The Power Drive was used to geosteer the Drain to the coring point at 15133 feet with average of 167 feet per hour on bottom ROP.Two 30 feet core were cut with 71% and 62 % recovery . Power Drive was used to steer the well to TD after coring.

Recommendations 38 hrs circulation with heavy mud after taking a kick while reaming out of hole were encountered. One of the seals failed. During drilling and before POOH the tool was behaving as expected. Only visual inspection on rig floor when out of hole detected the failure. Avoid long circulations with heavy mud.

Carefully visual inspection to be performed of the tool after run.
