Our client was required to transform many of its foundational business practices and enterprise architectures to accommodate and align with a whole of Portfolio Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP Program will transform how the Portfolio does business. The implementation this new platform requires large scale change across all aspects of the organisation including strategic and operational planning and management as well as operational and transactional activities aligned to the key components of the Business System. The Portfolio’s transformation process is being driven through a hub and spoke model and will drive significant change across all Agencies and business units requiring the application of a single approach to business architecture as well as standardisation of business processes.
Cyber Capability was to support preparing the organisation for the business architecture transformation and to manage the organisational and project change as a result of the implementation of ERP. In undertaking this work, Cyber Capability has inserted experienced Program and Organisational Change Managers into the Program Team. They collaborated with the team to convert their expert domain knowledge into a delivery approach across the Agency.
