SUCCESS AT NATIONAL SLALOM CHAMPIONSHIPS

Over the summer holiday period Casey, Declan and Callie Ellis travelled to Eildon in

Victoria to represent Casino High School and NSW at the National Junior (All Schools)

Slalom Championships. Casey and Declan paired up to take silver in the U18 Men's C2

and joined Remy Taylor from Armidale, to gain silver in the C1 team event.

Callie produced some excellent individual performances to score gold in U14 Women's

K1 and silver in the U14 C1. Callie once again joined Ally Cork from Woolgoolga High

School to grab another silver in the U16 Women's C2.

This is a huge achievement and a wonderful reward for all their training and hard work.

Congratulations!!!

If you are interested in Canoe Slalom and would like to find our more about the sport

and any upcoming events, please contact Mark Ellis at Casino High School.
