On Behalf of Indian Society of Organ Transplant (ISOT), it is our immense pleasure to thinvite you all for the 16 Congress of the Asian Society of Transplantation (CAST 2019),
th ndto be held from 29 Sep - 2 Oct 2019 at India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML) Greater
Noida (Delhi/NCR).
IEML is the most modern, largest, integrated and multipurpose exhibition & convention
centre.
The conference will have a galaxy of international and national faculties who will share
their knowledge and expertise in the field of Organ Transplantation. This Grand
Conference is expected to be attended by over 2000 National and International
delegates.
The ancient city of Delhi has seen seven previous avatars and is reported to be over
2000 years old. Do enjoy its various monuments & heritage from different periods in its
history ranging from the Mahabharata to modern India. You may also visit the famous
Golden Triangle (Agra-Jaipur-Delhi) which has an interesting history of about a 1000
years.

Vision statement of Asian Society of Transplantation “AST will endeavor to provide growth
of Transplantation in the continent of Asia through scientific knowledge, clinical practice &
continuing education with emphasis on ethical practice of transplantation”.
th16 CAST will do its best to achieve all this in spirit & action. Asia is now growing rapidly
in Organ & Tissue Transplantation & many countries are struggling to improve deceased
donation programme.
Improving the organ donation will be our main theme. Our aim is to enhance the
knowledge, skill and research in Asia by updating all aspects of transplantation from
basics to clinical & ethical aspects. We will bring experts & scholars from all over the
world to design a rich scientific programme that will meet these goals in a very hospitable
and rich tradition of India.

Agra
Agra, the city known for the famous monument of love - the
Taj Mahal is the single most famous tourist destination of
India. Located at a distance of approx. 210 km south of
Delhi, it situated on the west bank of River Yamuna. The
architectural splendor of the city is reflected in the glorious
monuments of medieval India built by great Mughal.
Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday), with its incredible lacy white
grandeur is perhaps the most perfect architectural
monument in the world.
Rajasthan (Jaipur/Udaipur/Jodhpur)
Rajasthan is located on the north western side of the India,
where it comprises most of the wide and inhospitable Thar
Desert (also known as the “Rajasthan Desert” and “Great
Indian Desert”). Rajasthan is famous for its forts, carved
temples, and decorated havelis. The palaces of Jaipur
and Ajmer-Pushkar, the lakes of Udaipur, the desert forts
of Jodhpur. Jaipur, the Pink City, is noted for the ancient
houses made of a type of sandstone dominated by a pink
hue.

Hindustani pronunciation as “Dilli”, officially the National
Capital Territory of Delhi or NCT, is a city and a union
territory of India. It has got several architecturally
significant buildings, such as the Jama Masjid, Red
Fort, Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb. Other monuments
include the India Gate, Jantar Mantar, Purana Qila.
Famous Akshardham temple & ISKCON temple are
examples of modern architecture.
