• Jordan and I decided it best that I played the role of the main character in our opening sequence due to my knowledge and experience in acting. I have been doing drama studies since year seven, I acquired a B grade in GCSE Drama as well as tracking towards another B grade in my Performing Arts AS-Level.

• Another reason we chose myself to play the main and only role in our opening is simply down to the fact of no one else either being available to act for us or willing to do it for free. We were not prepared to pay an actor to be in our opening since we thought it unwise to spend our budget on actors when I could simply play the role myself.

• These are the costume shots for our main role. We decided to style our actor (me) based on Matthew McConaughey’s character in the popular TV drama; True Detective. We chose to style our character in a similar way since as a collective, we particularly like the aura his character gives off, his presence is both dominant yet slightly laid back and that is exactly how we wanted to style our main character.

• We dressed myself in a white long sleeve button up shirt with rolled up sleeves to give that laid back feeling to the character. We paired the button up with a dark blue tie, slightly loose, to once again give the audience that idea of a slightly chilled out character. When it came to bottoms, we chose pair of black work trousers to enforce the idea of dominance on the viewer, as well as a pair of black work shoes.
