engineering company founded in 2012 by a team of technical experts with extensive experience from the offshore drilling systems industry.

Our objective is to provide high integrity drilling equipment to the offshore oil and gas market mainly focusing on niche and tailor-made products within

Heave Compensation, Tensioning, Hoisting and Handling systems.

We are located amidst the unique drilling equipment cluster in Kristiansand, Norway.

Founded by a team of technical experts drawing on a diverse, rich set of experiences and skills and with over 100 years of accumulated knowledge within the offshore drilling systems industry.

RISER ANALYSIS

We specialize in riser analysis of the overall riser system

in combination with a detailed model of the top side

equipment, non-standard riser system or optimization of

riser system configuration. Key objectives are operating

conditions and feasibility of critical components. We also

analyze the riser tensioning systems capability to lift the

Riser Stack and LMRP of the BOP in a controlled motion

during a disconnect sequence. A detailed hydraulic

model of the tensioning system and mud flow is made

specific for each project.

SYSTEM SIMULATIONS

The 3D dynamic simulations integrates vessel motion,

machine mechanical components, pneumatics, electronics,

hydraulics as well as control systems that accurately

accounts for interactions between all subsystems.

All system parameters are available for analysis after

simulation, raising system knowledge to a new level, and

significantly reducing the unknown unknowns.

MECHANICAL INTEGRITY ANALYSIS

We provide expert consultancy services to determine the root cause of failures and to ensure optimal

service life of mechanical components in an offshore environment. We deliver Failure Analysis, Metallurgical

Assessments, Corrosion Mitigation and Tribological Analysis and engineering services based on state-of-the-art

developments, recent research and extensive offshore systems experience.
