  • Our bacterial filters are made up ofan opaque pot/filter (1) in which acartridge for bacteria (2) equippedwith a baffle (3) is installed.Filter opacity prevents bacterialproliferation in the cartridge.

    The cartridge is covered by the bafflewhich captures liquid and solidheavy particles. Gravity makes theseparticles fall to the bottom of thefilter. A sterilisable Pyrex jar (4)is mounted under the filter in orderto scavenge particles.

    The cartridge is made up of borosi-licate microfibres and its filtrationrating prevents bacteria and livingmicroorganisms to penetrate.It meets the sodium flame test whichguarantees penetration efficiency

    higher than 99,99% for 0,5m par-ticles. This cartridge media is pleatedin order to guarantee a maximumexchange area for a longer servicelife and an unequalled pressure drop.

    MIL'S is offering several solutions for control and regulation of the vacuum plants for medical applications.2 regulation modes are proposed :

    ON/OFF mode : starts ands stops the motor at pre-set values. This mode is advised for usual lowrunning operations.

    FLEXO mode : starts the motor but stops it only when the pre-set time is reached, independently ofthe pre-set values. This mode is advised for usual high running operations, and to avoid too many motorstarts and stops.
