MANIFESTO
We believe in Design as a vehicle for local development, if we manage to put into
value the intellectual and productive capacities of our community.
We believe in the ability of the designer
to perceive, integrate and enhance spheres of action that define the national identity, like
opportunities for developing value-added products, connecting innate skills of traditional artisans
with the creative potential of the design discipline.
We use raw materials that already exist in the local market, that have a regular and
stable permanence, and production techniques where the know-how and the passion for the
making, form the foundation of our work, therefore, we are transparent with these
processes and with the origin of our resources, thus answering to new consumer
trends of the so called "Slow Design".

Constructo is a philosophical postulate that is attributed to the individual meaning of each experience, allowing a personal construction of reality.
The "Constructo" collection redefines the perception and application of concrete and wood as materials traditionally used in the architectural and construction fields, through their decontextualization to an objectual and intimate scale.
On the one hand, this collection reshapes the formal outcome of concrete casting, obtained by means of traditional orthogonal molds, resulting in organic volumes of different thicknesses in their lenght, welcoming the light of candles and thus allowing the development of chandeliers, all unique pieces.
It also reinterprets the traditional productive technique of the articulated wooden snake, strongly rooted in the Chilean collective imaginary as a child's toy, for the development of table runners and placemats, which can be used in various ways allowing the user a playful interaction with the object.
Our business model considered the self-production and made to order exclusively for you. All our products are numbered and they have a authenticity certificate describing the technique, materials used and hours of work.

The 0.2 piece considers 4 modules that can be joined together by magnets, creating different configurations as placemats or table runners. Reinterprets the technique of the articulated wooden snake, conserving a flexible spine assembled into the wood without any adhesive and all handmade.
