AQUA SEPT is specifically designed for the anaerobic sys-

tem in which bacteria can digest the waste under most favour-

able conditions. This process effectively prevents rapid accu-

mulation of sludge, and suspended solids from passing

through the system untreated. With innovative engineering

design of the inlet-outlet, short circuit of wastewater is pre-

vented to ensure long enough retention time for effective treat-

ment.

Fixed-Film Aeration System for cost-effective treatment of

domestic waste, while requiring minimum maintenance and

simple installation techniques. AQUA BIOFILM combines

the advantages of Activated Sludge Process and Trickling Fil-

ter Process. The aeration system in the tank supplied by an air

AQUA BIO COMPACT

AQUA BIO COMPACT is the most practical andeconomical system to maintain and requires no specialist

o operate it. There by making it ideal for small andmedium size buildings.

The 3stage treatment process consists of:-

1. The solid separation and fermentation process

transformation solids contained in the influent tosettled solids while allowing scum to float on thesurface.

2. The second stage is the anaerobic filter process

with plastic media adopted inside the tank to retainmicroorganism long enough to digest the remain-ing organic substances. The resulting clear wateroverflows into the next treatment chamber.

3. Aerobic digestion is achieved by aerobic filmprocess. The greater the contact with the bacteria

on the plastic media, the more efficient thedigestion process is. This system provide morethan adequate contact and to further ensure thequality of the effluent, proper chlorination isconducted prior to discharge. This final stageensures that the effluent meets regulated standardsfor discharge into main drains or any natural water

sources.

AQUA NBF SeriesAqua NBF Series is the perfect design application for domestic wastewater

Operation Priniciple

1. Solid Separation Zone: This is the primary treatment process that could sepa-

rate solid and scum from wastewater.

2. Aeration Zone: The clear water flow into this stage. Oxygen supplied by air

blowers is required for the digestion of the bacteria cultures thriving in and around

the plastic media inside the aerated zone, thus reducing the amount of contami-

nants while generating more contacts with the bacteria cultures on the surface area

of the media. The quality of water becomes better.

3.Sedimentation Zone : The next step of treatment involves the sedimentation

where organic wastes are settled in the sedimentation zone. The settled waste in

the bottom of the tank can then be pumped back to the solid separation as a return

sludge. To ensure that quality of effluent would pass the standard effluent, chlo-

rine is offered before discharging the effluent into public mains .
