The LEDAMODULAR panel system is used for columns and curtain walls, foundations

and also special shaped architectural projects. Two types of modular form works are

being produced, namely sheet-iron surface formwork and plywood surface formwork.

It is possible to carry panels by hand or by crane in gang-form as required. According

to timber it provides economy at a rate of %60. By the usage of the pin, wedge and

stick lock joining components it is simple to assemble and disassemble practical and

convenient formwork panels. It is possible to applicate all kinds of projects. Standard

dimensioned components are being produced for inner and outer corner turnings. Also

mm 2 box shaped tubes. System will be ready for casting of the concrete after fixing

the support walers by the rods and nuts. Vertical adjustment can be made by the means

of the soldier with support.

SYSTEM FEATURES

Panel is the main component of the system. The surface of the panel is covered by 15

mm thick film-coated plywood. The tie-holes on the panel are arranged so that there is

no need to drill additional tie points.

Inner corner panels are manufactured to meet the ground plan requirements. Whether

the angle is obtuse, acute or right, there is always a convenient inside corner panel.

Outer corner provides a stiff connection between the next panels at the outside corners.

Circular special panels give us an opportunity to shutter the walls with circular shapes in

a quick and easy way.

The LEDA circular column offers a complete circular surface finish and is designed for use in the construction of circular columns with diameters from 300mm standard. Special orders of larger sizes can be made as required by the client.

The elements have an integrated connection and handling system for use with a crane. Various heights can be made as required by the client.

The LEDA circular column formwork consists of two semi-circle or four quarter panels. The surface of panels is steel sheet bent according to column diameter. Panels are formed by welding of steel reinforcements mounted at the back of the steel sheets and corner profiles are welded on the edges. Semi-circular or quarter panels are connected to each other by clamps or wedge to form a whole circular column formwork.

LEDA LARGE AREA FORMWORK Column-Curtain formwork system

takes place by solid webbed H20 timber beams tied to tensile resistant

connected to each other by Waler Connectors with using wedges.

The Leda Climbing System is a specialized type of formwork for vertical concrete structures. Climbing systems are being used for column and wall formworks. It is being used in conditions when there is no ground to put formworks on. The climbing brackets are fastened to the concrete by climbing cone system and form a platform on the brackets. Thus, both a surface is obtained for wall formwork to fit and a safe working area is provided for workers.

It is a custom designed system according to project requirements for safer working conditions and supporting of the wall formworks in shaft platform beams, elevators and staircase shafts. The purpose of the shaft platform main beams is to build a platform in the elevator spaces. Gravity pawls are attached to the beam edges and boards with secondary beams are placed on the beams, so the platform is ready to use. The shaft wall formwork can be parked on the platform and workers can work safely on the platform. The crane will shift the platform to the next stage in a single cycle. After putting the arms in to the spaces in the curtain wall which are left during first casting of concrete, system moves up in vertical axis.

The Leda Single Sided Wall Formwork Supporting System is being used in conditions where the curtain wall formwork can’t be used on two side of the wall, the thickness of the wall is not allowing to use anchorage rod and usage of the anchorage rod is not suitable. Concrete pressure is being transferred to the permanent anchorages by the support elements where the anchorages are left inside the concrete before, at the bottom of the wall. TABLE TYPE APPLICATION

When used as Table type system, system consists of 2 parts

(upper and lower). Upper part consists of plywood, secondary

girder, main girder and 4-way heading. Plywood is fixed to

secondary girders by means of screws. Secondary girders

fixed to main girders by connection components. Upper part

formed by fixing the 4-way headings to the main girder. Lower

part consists of H-frames, diagonals and lower adjustable jacks.

Lower adjustable jacks connected to the H-frames by jack

hanger. By connecting the diagonals to the flip-locks on the

H-frames, lower part formed. Table type scaffolding completed

by the connection of the upper and lower parts with pins

and detent pins. When used as table type system, since the

displacement of the table is done by Table Formwork Trolley or

Table Formwork Lifting Fork without any dismantling, assembly

time of the mold minimized.

Cup-Lock scaffolding system can be used both as high load bearing capacity, under

mold shoring scaffold and as facade work-on scaffold. It is a highly resistant and safe

load bearing system used at applications like heavy slabs and high structures. It is very

simple to erect and dismantle. Erection and dismantle are made by usage of a hammer

in a serial manner.

Since all parts stays attached to system, there is no risk of being lost. It provides a speedy

and safe connection possibility. Connections of horizontal and vertical components can

be enabled easily without need of any wedge or nut. By the help of the upper and lower

adjustable jacks, height adjustment can be done easily.

System consist of props with upper and lower cups and horizontal components with

forged head ends which prevents torsion of props. Cups have nodular casted mobile caps

over them which provides interlocking of horizontal components.

Since a rigid system is assembled by horizontal and vertical component’s connections,

torsion resistance, high load bearing capacity and safe scaffold erection provided. For

example, Prop with 50cm cup gaps that connected from 4 sides by horizontal components

Stacking Tower System is a practical load bearing system for shoring. It is used with the

purpose of carrying the slabs and installed in the form of tower.

This system is composed of Base-Head Frame, H Components and Spindles. It does

not require accessories like pins, wedges and etc. Erection is made by two types of

components. Tower is raised 1 meter by placing two 50cm high H-Frames correlatively

on 2 sides and placing two more correlative 50cm high H-Frames on other 2 sides.

Structure of the system provides high durability and stability. Interlocking feature of the

sockets enables easy erection. No need of complicated component calculations and

time wasting preparations. System provides reduced labour and work time. High towers

can be assembled horizontally and raised by crane. Rigidity of the system is provided by

diagonal components for crane lifting.

System components are being produced in accordance to DIN norms by GEV welding

certified, qualified staff with automatic welding robots. Each tower has 45 KN load bearing

capacity approximately. Dia48x- 3mm industrial tubes are being used as standard in

H-Type tower scaffoldings. 40x60x3mm shaped tube or dia48x3mm industrial tube

is being used as intermediary part. Standard dimensions are 1000x500mm and

Ringlock scaffolding system can be used both as facade work-on scaffold and as high

load bearing capacity under-mold shoring scaffold by having rigid joining points without
