The LEDAMODULAR panel system is used for columns and curtain walls, foundations
and also special shaped architectural projects. Two types of modular form works are
being produced, namely sheet-iron surface formwork and plywood surface formwork.
It is possible to carry panels by hand or by crane in gang-form as required. According
to timber it provides economy at a rate of %60. By the usage of the pin, wedge and
stick lock joining components it is simple to assemble and disassemble practical and
convenient formwork panels. It is possible to applicate all kinds of projects. Standard
dimensioned components are being produced for inner and outer corner turnings. Also

mm 2 box shaped tubes. System will be ready for casting of the concrete after fixing
the support walers by the rods and nuts. Vertical adjustment can be made by the means
of the soldier with support.
SYSTEM FEATURES
Panel is the main component of the system. The surface of the panel is covered by 15
mm thick film-coated plywood. The tie-holes on the panel are arranged so that there is
no need to drill additional tie points.
Inner corner panels are manufactured to meet the ground plan requirements. Whether
the angle is obtuse, acute or right, there is always a convenient inside corner panel.
Outer corner provides a stiff connection between the next panels at the outside corners.
Circular special panels give us an opportunity to shutter the walls with circular shapes in
a quick and easy way.

The LEDA circular column offers a complete circular surface finish and is designed for use in the construction of circular columns with diameters from 300mm standard. Special orders of larger sizes can be made as required by the client.
The elements have an integrated connection and handling system for use with a crane. Various heights can be made as required by the client.
The LEDA circular column formwork consists of two semi-circle or four quarter panels. The surface of panels is steel sheet bent according to column diameter. Panels are formed by welding of steel reinforcements mounted at the back of the steel sheets and corner profiles are welded on the edges. Semi-circular or quarter panels are connected to each other by clamps or wedge to form a whole circular column formwork.

LEDA LARGE AREA FORMWORK Column-Curtain formwork system
takes place by solid webbed H20 timber beams tied to tensile resistant
steel walers by the beam clamps that can transmit force to the steel
walers, and covering the framed form by plywood.Formed panels are
connected to each other by Waler Connectors with using wedges.
Using wedges provides ease of erection and dismantling. Fresh
concrete pressures that apply over both sides of curtain formwork
system are reciprocally transferred and supported through means of
tierods placed within the molding. This anchorage system has tensile
load-bearing capacity up to 90 KN.

Continuous adjustability provides you not only the adaptability of formwork from structure to structure but also changing the radius within the same structure is possible, thinking about Helical, Parabolic or even curvatures changing from convex to concave within the same structure. Panels can easily be adapted to any radius without any reassembly and Panel to panel connection is simply done. The LEDAROUNDEX System can climb with Climbing brackets and shaft platforms. Roundex is an Adjustable Form-work System for radius larger than 2m forming circular structures, especially the ones with varying radius have always been costly, if not difficult from the contractor’s point of view.
SYSTEM’S FEATURES
Since the load bearing capacity of the system LEDAROUNDEX
panels are easily adapted to different diameters by adjustment
components. Therefore no need of different assemblies for
different circular walls. LEDAROUNDEX edge profiles are
manufactured by special LEDALITE System profiles. LEDALITE
System edge profiles and LEDALITE quick clamps make
the connection easy and quick. Panel connections are not
dependent on the holes of the edge profiles. And also few
clamps are enough for a rigid connection. This ensures to
shorten the assembly and disassembly period.

The Leda Climbing System is a specialized type of formwork for vertical concrete structures. Climbing systems are being used for column and wall formworks. It is being used in conditions when there is no ground to put formworks on. It is mostly being used in exterior sides of columns and walls of high structures and high columns and walls that must be casted in several phases.
The climbing brackets are fastened to the concrete by climbing cone system and form a platform on the brackets. Thus, both a surface is obtained for wall formwork to fit and a safe working area is provided for workers.

It is a custom designed system according to project requirements for safer working conditions and supporting of the wall formworks in shaft platform beams, elevators and staircase shafts. The purpose of the shaft platform main beams is to build a platform in the elevator spaces. Gravity pawls are attached to the beam edges and boards with secondary beams are placed on the beams, so the platform is ready to use. The shaft wall formwork can be parked on the platform and workers can work safely on the platform. The crane will shift the platform to the next stage in a single cycle. After putting the arms in to the spaces in the curtain wall which are left during first casting of concrete, system moves up in vertical axis.

The Leda Single Sided Wall Formwork Supporting System is being used in conditions where the curtain wall formwork can’t be used on two side of the wall, the thickness of the wall is not allowing to use anchorage rod and usage of the anchorage rod is not suitable. Concrete pressure is being transferred to the permanent anchorages by the support elements where the anchorages are left inside the concrete before, at the bottom of the wall. Type of the single sided wall formwork supporting system that will be used shows difference according
to the height of the wall.

In some applications, it is not possible to tie the formwork to the opposing one. Therefore the concrete
pressure should be transferred to the previous concrete block. The climbing bracket TTD with the other
single sided system elements provide the transfer of the concrete forces all the way to the anchors left
in the concrete. Also one of the important features of the system is that all parts are carried together
by crane in one go.

standard tube. There is no usage of the waste tubes. All tubes
subjected to pressure test. Tubes have the same wall thickness
at all cross-sections.
Mechanism is made of 4 mm tube which prevents stripping of
the nut.

Base Plate; Made from sheet-iron. It has a special form to
prevent the curling of the base plate from sides under heavy
load.
Welding; making the circular welding by the automatic robots
ensures welding precision.
Drilling; by the usage of the special drilling machine, drilling
process is being done without any deformation and no weak
spot coming up during drilling process.
All telescopic props subjected to mechanical testing is
accredited and certified laboratories according to permissible

H-type heavy load scaffolding system is a high capacity load bearing system with H-Frame
main load bearer. Main load bearer H-frames are made from dia 60x3mm steel tubes
and diagonal components are made from dia 34x2mm tubes. H frames can be produced
from dia 60x3.65 mm tubes upon request. By the use of the diagonal components that
produced for providing the stability of H-frames, Load bearing scaffolding system can be
assembled at desired width value. Every single vertical prop of the H frames has load
bearing capacity up to 5.5 tons. H type heavy load bearing system allows 2 different
applications by the use of few, standard and easy to assemble components.

TABLE TYPE APPLICATION
When used as Table type system, system consists of 2 parts
(upper and lower). Upper part consists of plywood, secondary
girder, main girder and 4-way heading. Plywood is fixed to
secondary girders by means of screws. Secondary girders
fixed to main girders by connection components. Upper part
formed by fixing the 4-way headings to the main girder. Lower
part consists of H-frames, diagonals and lower adjustable jacks.
Lower adjustable jacks connected to the H-frames by jack
hanger. By connecting the diagonals to the flip-locks on the
H-frames, lower part formed. Table type scaffolding completed
by the connection of the upper and lower parts with pins
and detent pins. When used as table type system, since the
displacement of the table is done by Table Formwork Trolley or
Table Formwork Lifting Fork without any dismantling, assembly
time of the mold minimized.

Cup-Lock scaffolding system can be used both as high load bearing capacity, under
mold shoring scaffold and as facade work-on scaffold. It is a highly resistant and safe
load bearing system used at applications like heavy slabs and high structures. It is very
simple to erect and dismantle. Erection and dismantle are made by usage of a hammer
in a serial manner.
Since all parts stays attached to system, there is no risk of being lost. It provides a speedy
and safe connection possibility. Connections of horizontal and vertical components can
be enabled easily without need of any wedge or nut. By the help of the upper and lower
adjustable jacks, height adjustment can be done easily.
System consist of props with upper and lower cups and horizontal components with
forged head ends which prevents torsion of props. Cups have nodular casted mobile caps
over them which provides interlocking of horizontal components.
Since a rigid system is assembled by horizontal and vertical component’s connections,
torsion resistance, high load bearing capacity and safe scaffold erection provided. For
example, Prop with 50cm cup gaps that connected from 4 sides by horizontal components
has 60KN axial load bearing capacity. Props with 100cm cup gaps has 50KN axial load
bearing capacity approximately.

SYSTEM’S FEATURESCup-Lock scaffolding system can be used as facade work-on scaffold.
By the help of the upper and lower adjustable jacks, height adjustment can be done easily.
For the connection made to casted iron cups, no connection component it required.
It can be assembled and disassembled with a single hammer strike thus workmanship and cost is saved.
It can be settled securely at desired height and width.
Vertical components have 5,85 ton carrying capacity when it is connected to horizontal components with 0,5 meter spacing.

Stacking Tower System is a practical load bearing system for shoring. It is used with the
purpose of carrying the slabs and installed in the form of tower.
This system is composed of Base-Head Frame, H Components and Spindles. It does
not require accessories like pins, wedges and etc. Erection is made by two types of
components. Tower is raised 1 meter by placing two 50cm high H-Frames correlatively
on 2 sides and placing two more correlative 50cm high H-Frames on other 2 sides.
Structure of the system provides high durability and stability. Interlocking feature of the
sockets enables easy erection. No need of complicated component calculations and
time wasting preparations. System provides reduced labour and work time. High towers
can be assembled horizontally and raised by crane. Rigidity of the system is provided by
diagonal components for crane lifting.
System components are being produced in accordance to DIN norms by GEV welding
certified, qualified staff with automatic welding robots. Each tower has 45 KN load bearing
capacity approximately. Dia48x- 3mm industrial tubes are being used as standard in
H-Type tower scaffoldings. 40x60x3mm shaped tube or dia48x3mm industrial tube
is being used as intermediary part. Standard dimensions are 1000x500mm and
1200x500mm. Towers assembled in dimensions 1.0x1.0m or 1.2x1.2m according to
slab thickness. H-Type tower scaffoldings are being used with starting and finishing parts.
Dia38x500mm upper and lower adjustable jacks are being used for fine adjustments.

In order to install Stacking Tower System, It does not require accessories like pins, wedges and etc.
Due to accessories preparation will not be carried out and the tower can be installed by a single worker, time and workmanship is saved.
Tower spaces are determined with statically calculation according to the project.
After installation towers can be transported with crane.

Ringlock scaffolding system can be used both as facade work-on scaffold and as high
load bearing capacity under-mold shoring scaffold by having rigid joining points without
need of too many joining components. The system is manufactured according to the
standards of EN 12810. Ringlock load bearing scaffolding has load bearing capacity up
to 60KN depending on horizontal connection gap. Props that constitute the system are
made from dia48x3mm TSE certified tubes with flange gaps 50cm and 100cm. Since
a rigid system is assembled by horizontal and vertical component’s connections, twisting
resistant and high load bearing capacity scaffolding is achieved.

Scaffolding system that can be used for facade works must be coated by hot dip galvanized against the corrosion accordance with the EN norms.

It is a practical scaffolding system that can be used for all sorts of façade works like
painting, plastering, coating and etc. It can be used as mobile scaffolding by adding
castors.
It consists of 3 basic parts, namely H-frame, diagonals and guard rail. H-frames made
from dia 48x3.0 mm tubes, diagonals and guard rails made from dia 32x2.5mm tubes.
Lower adjustable jack, steel plank, ladder and wall leaning component with clamp used
as auxiliary components. Interlocking tube within the H-frame manufactured in custom
pressed form for making erection easier. Its connection with H-frames made by pins.
Especially in high structure applications, adding one on one-other becomes practical
and personnel safety maximized. H-SCAFF scaffolding system consists of modules. One
module consists of 1 H-frame, 2 diagonal components and 1 horizontal connection
component (guard rail). One module covers 2 m. height and 2.5m length, 5m2 surface
area in total. Calculation of required scaffolding quantities made as one module for every
2.5m height and 2m.length by leaving first row out.
