Leak Detection available for liquid products (High Voltage)
The High voltage leak detection technology is available as a stand-alone machine or as a com-pact modular system which can be integrated in new and existing lines.LDM uses a well-known and widely proven detection principle based on the measurement ofelectrical conductivity of sealed containers using a high voltage electric field.
The system measures the electrical conductivity of the “container + liquid product” placedbetween two electrodes. Any conductivity variation due to glass or sealing defects is detected.LDM introduces the concept of upside-down inspection, which improves precision and performances. Combined with a fast and advanced digital-processing unit, the system can easily detect defective containers (cracks, micro-holes, thin glass).
LD module is the synthesis of more than thirty years of Brevetti C.E.A. expertise in the fields ofinspection and leak detection. Used in combination with K32S, A35 and A50-450 inspectionmachines, it can be considered the most compact and performing "inspection Line" forampoules, vials and cartridges available on the market.
