TASTING NOTES

It has a pale straw yellow color, moderate body and lovely perfumed aroma of unripe green apple. Dry finish with excellent acidity. While this would make a lovely ap it as enough character to accompany most pasta as well as shellfish It is a sparkling wine for great occasion! Serving temperature: 4-6 °C.
