At Hamachi Sushi Bar, we believe that the art of sushi has three components: taste, presentation and a lasting impression. Our chefs prepare every platter to excite both your sight and taste. The culinary options and platter pricing at Hamachi are suitable for all catering needs, from Bar/Bat Mitzvahs to corporate events to intimate family get-togethers.
Things to Keep in Mind:
Basic rolls have 8 pieces each; Signature
rolls have 10 pieces each. If you are
serving sushi as the main dish at your
event, we usually recommend about one roll per person (8-10 pieces); if it’s an appetizer, we
recommend one roll for every two people (3-4 pieces). However, these are only estimations and
you should calculate how much you think your guests will eat.
The prices on our catering menu are calculated with
an automatic loyalty discount and do not include
tax. Each platter is accompanied by its price before
and after the discount.
The chefs of Hamachi can create a beautiful platter
out of five or more dishes from our regular menu. To
take advantage of the loyalty discount for catering
orders not featured in the look book, the minimum
amount is $150 before tax. This discount can’t be
combined with other offers and there are no
substitutions for look book platters.
