HourS of Service 8:00am–7:00pm. Any events held prior to 8am or after 7pm are subject to labor charges incurred at a rate of $60 per hour per attendant.

MiniMuM Service order Unless otherwise noted the minimum order is for 15 guests. For orders with fewer than 15 guests please inquire. $15 delivery fee applied for all orders.

Meal Pricing Unless otherwise noted pricing includes compostable and/or disposable serviceware and heated chafers (for hot food) as needed. Linens, flowers, china, flatware and glassware are available for rental at additional cost. We do not provide tables and chairs and Stanford Event Services will be happy to assist you with these items.

catering tiMelineS For Large and Special Events (more than 50 people) a signed catering contract with an event minimum guarantee must be received 5 business days prior to the event. Final Counts are required in writing 3 business days prior to the event.

For smaller catering (less than 50 people) a signed catering contract must be received 3 business days prior to the event; For last-minute requests please inquire.

late orderS and cHangeS All changes to order and orders made within 72 hours of the event are subject to availability and require approval from the Stanford Dining contact.

cancellationS Any cancellations made after a catering contract is signed are subject to 75% of the total cost of the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to 100% of the total cost of event.
