2018 All Saints Golf Outing & Dinner Monday, July 16th at Hunter’s Ridge in Marion

Registration at 11:00 AM, Noon shotgun start, 5:30 PM dinner. $100 per player, $175 for couples, $350 for an entire foursome.

Not a golfer, but still want to participate? We need volunteers, to help with on-site registration, on-course contests, and the dinner and awards afterwards. We’re looking for sponsors - a great way to promote your business! You can come for the steak & chicken dinner only for $30/person.

Raffle tickets for a side of beef or a weekend at Eagle Ridge in Galena will be available to the whole parish. Look for the table in the narthex a few times between now and July 16th.

Metro Catholic Outreach We served over 430 people from 130 families last week, thanks to your generous

support. Next week looks to be even busier.

Summer is incredibly busy, and despite the regular donations and collections we receive, we run out of several items every week! Look at our toilet paper supply after this week’s

Regis Middle School Job Opportunities Study Hall/After School Moderator: Seeking a non-certified staff member to work from 11 AM - 5 PM daily (on school days). The moderator will help with lunch supervision in the cafeteria

followed by supervising three class periods of study hall, then supervise afterschool students until 5 PM.

Moderators should have an interest in working with middle school students and good communication skills. Starting pay is $11 per hour. If interested, please contact Beth Globokar at [email protected].

Coaching Positions Available: We are in need of coaches for the following Fall sports for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year: boys and girls cross country, girls volleyball, girls soccer, & girls swimming. Divine Word College Benefit Golf Outing Divine Word College Seminary in Epworth, Iowa is hosting its Fourth Annual Benefit Golf Outing Friday, July 27 at Timberline Golf Course south of Peosta, Iowa. The outing begins with a shotgun start at 1 PM for the four-person, 18-hole best-shot format. Social and dinner will begin around 5:30 PM. A silent auction and raffle will also be part of the evening program. Cost per golfer is $80 and includes, golf, cart, prizes and steak dinner. For anyone wishing to enjoy just the steak dinner, the cost is $25. Anyone interested in playing in or sponsoring the outing may contact Mark Singsank at 563-876-0097 or [email protected].

Proceeds from the golf outing will assist Divine Word students with their educational expenses as they prepare for life as Catholic missionaries. Last year’s event raised $7,000. All students receive scholarship support and many receive full scholarships. Last year Divine Word students received more than $1.2 million in scholarship assistance.

Volunteers needed at Green Square Meals Food Pantry

Sacrament of Reconciliation: Tuesday through Thursday before the daily Mass and Saturday from 3 to 3:45 pm. Sacrament of Baptism: Baptism preparation is required. Contact Deacon Ed Martin (364-7524 or [email protected]) to schedule (some date restrictions may apply).

Newcomer Registration: Call the Parish Office at 363-6130, ext. 104, or register on line at www.allsaintscr.com.

Sacrament of Matrimony: Couples are to make arrangements at least six months before the intended date of the wedding in order to fulfill the necessary requirements. Please contact Deacon Mike Klappholz (363-6130, ext. 107 or [email protected]) to begin the process.

Bulletin Deadline: Items must be submitted in writing to the parish office by Noon on the preceding Monday to: [email protected].
