• Global imperatives … 21st Century threats. • Transition to DHS … not a license to maintain the status quo. • The World is changing … need to remain relevant. • Our business processes are broken … cannot let support systems (admin, finance, logistics) languish behind (or detract from) our operational success.• We known this for years … lacked the courage to do anything about it.• Winds of change in some instances can only be felt at the highest levels of the organization … what I see ahead.
