the Council for Coordinotion of CollegeCommiltees (4Cs) 1n Moy, coordinotes
the professionol ond personol develop-

Before becoming o 4Cs commiltee,
inlerested members orgonized os o tosk
force, selting up focus groups to discuss
development opportunities with employ-
ees of lhe College. From those tolks the
group developed its rotionole.

members lo delermine whol iypes ofprogroms were wonled. Since lhe
