1. INTRODUCTION

Contractor Company Name was contracted by End Client to provide ROV survey services for the

inspection of existing subsea pipelines in the Field Name field, offshore United Arab Emirates.

This document provides the detailed results of the ROV survey undertaken along the pipelines.

Inspection operations were undertaken from the Vessel Name.

All survey related works were carried out in accordance with End Client Name’s requirements/

Contractor’s and standing work practices.

1.2. Project Scope of Work

The scope of work to be carried out by contractor under this contract was to undertake ROV pipeline

inspection offshore the xxxxxxxxxxx. The scope of required services can be summarized as follows:

1.2.1. Pipeline Survey

The scope of work to be carried out by contractor under this section of the contract was to conduct

inspection surveys of existing pipeline infrastructure in the Field Name field, offshore xxxxxxxxxx. The

scope of required services can be summarized as follows

ROV inspection survey of No of surveyed pipes subsea pipelines (approximately Total Length

of pipes/cables Km).

The purpose of the pipeline survey was the visual assessment of the basic properties (presence /

absence, overall integrity, obvious damage, surface condition, etc.) of the pipeline and associated

attachments.

1.2.2. Platform Inspection

The scope of work to be carried out by contractor under this section of the contract is to conduct

external inspection surveys of designated platforms in Field Name, as part of the End Client Name

routine platform inspection project.

The scope of required services can be summarized as follows:

2.1. ROV Inspection Notes

All times stated within the report are GMT + Y Hrs. (xxxxx Local time).

Video data was recorded at the time of the survey. KP values displayed on the video overlays are

raw and were derived by using the client supplied databases. KP values stated in the report

document are generated from the processed track of the ROV thus; a variation may occur between

the raw KP values displayed on the video overlays and the KP values stated within this report

document.

Events visually observed both during the initial survey and post review are presented within this

report document. Events that were obscured from view of the cameras (i.e. an event covered with

sufficient marine growth to hide its appearance) were not recorded and are not presented within

this report document.
