Accounting Warranty ClerkThis position is responsible for processing Extended Service Contracts and the cancellation of various contracts purchased from the dealership. Service CoordinatorA Service Coordinator handles both inbound and outbound phone calls scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair. The Service Coordinator will also answer and accurately transfer switchboard phone traffi c. This position is located in a call center environment. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to be used with internal and external customers. Must be highly organized and able to concurrently handle multiple priorities. Must be able to accept and keep confi dential information learned in the performance of the job. Able to handle practical problems in a variety of settings. Able to function in a continuously changing environment. Able to work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals. Typically requires a High School/GED or equivalent and 6 to 12 months of related experience. This is a FULL TIME position. Applicant must be fl exible to work between the hours of 7AM and 7PM; Monday through Saturday.
