V ] INT RODUCT ION
Wishing to strengthen our project through service to our environment and labor for a more intercultural, compassionate and just society, we present our plan of action 2014-2015.
This plan coincides with an important date in the history of our institution: the 20th anniversary of the Cultural Islamic Center of Valencia.
We have dedicated a section of this plan to commemorate this great event, and we will accomplish it through various educational and cultural activities, and we wish it to be the beginning of a new stage in the history of the CCIV.
We remain committed to the education, awareness and training - the essential tools for change. We continue to pay special attention to young people and women, the main protagonists of our project. We continue to devote a large space in our work for social action and volunteerism, just as it is required by the times we live. Interreligious dialogue and intercultural communication - two clear signs of our identity - remain our highest priority.
We realize that our society requires and deserves much more than this, that is why we continue to expand our work in each of the fourteen fields included in this plan.

QUALITY CONTROL (President)
The CCIV follows a system of "Management through Objectives". It consists of changing a target into a project, and this may include one or more activities (Campaign, Course, Meeting, Workshop...). A team of - at least - two people is responsible for implementing the project, respecting the methodology and the deadline provided in the schedule. The Beneficiaries (the Customer) should always have the last word when it comes to evaluating the results of the project, and they have to be checked through a quality control before being archived. This process ensures that a l l act iv it ies of the organization are well organized and meet the expectations of our users.
