INSTALLATION:

1. Opentrunkandremoveinteriorpanelstogainaccesstotheuppershockstuds.

2. Usinga15mmwrenchorsocket,removetheuppershocknutsinsidethetrunk.IMAGE13. Liftvehicleandsupportwithjackstandsundertheframerails.Removewheels/tires.4. Supporttheaxlewithahydraulicjackthenremovethelowershockboltsusinga21mmwrenchor

socket.Removetheshocks.5. IfvehicleisequippedwithOEquadshocks,removethemusinga15mmand18mmwrenchorsocketas

showninIMAGE2.

6. Lowertherearendandremovethefactorycoilsprings.

7. BolttheBMRlowerbrackettothefactoryshockmountingholeasshowninIMAGE3usingthe1/2"x1.25"bolt,largewasherandlocknut.

8. Placeanangle-finderorlevelonthebrackettomakesureitisvertical,thentightentheboltusingtwo3/4"wrenches.IMAGE4

9. Usingtheupperholeasadrillguide,drilla1/2"holeintherearendbracket.IMAGE5.

10. Inserta1/2"x1.5"bolt,largewasher,andlocknutandtightenusingtwo3/4"wrenches.

11. Nowmovetotheuppershockmount.Thismountwillrequiretwopeopletoinstall,oneinsidethecarandoneinsidethewheel-well.InserttheupperBMRbracketasshowninIMAGE6,insertingthestudthroughthefactoryshockmountinghole.

12. Placethe5/8"flatwasherandlocknutontothestudandtightenwhilethesecondpersonholdsthebracketfrominsidethewheel-wellusinga3/8"extensionorlargescrewdriver.Tightenthenutusinga7/8"wrenchorsocket.SeeIMAGE7onthefollowingpage.

13. Oncetheupperandlowermountsareinstalled,assemblethecoil-oversofyourchoiceusingthemanufacturersrecommendations.

14. Installthecoil-oversusingtheprovided1/2"x2.5"bolts,stainlesswashers,andpoly-locknuts.

15. Adjusttothedesiredrideheight,re-installwheels/tires,andlowerthevehicle.
