Our corporate projects have ranged from 1000 square foot office renovations to the design and the furnishing of major corporate headquarters. One project consolidated 600 people from 14 buildings into a new corporate office facility that was completed within four months.

Space Planning

CDH designed facilities are well planned. Our designers have a primary goal and that is to create environments where people are highly effective and also enjoy working each day.

An added benefit to the design process is our ability to collaborate seamlessly with in-house architects and engineers. This sets us apart from many other architectural design firms. It means we have the capacity to plan wisely and to work efficiently while saving time and money for our clients.

When possible our intentional designs incorporate the surrounding environment using natural light and expansive views as a part of the design.

Finishes and Furniture

We have found that no two projects are the same. Each CDH designed facility has its own individual character, style, and appeal. We place a strong emphasis on creating environments that reflect our clients’ individual goals for their facilities.

In doing this, we work closely with those who choose CDH as their design practice. Even before the design process begins, we listen and make decisions that demonstrate our understanding of our clients’ needs.

Our skilled specification and procurement team handles the purchasing and on site installation of furniture so that everything is installed efficiently.

Move Management

The CDH move management teams are experts in coordinating furniture installations and the relocation of existing furniture. We begin by creating a phased plan and meeting with each group involved. We also collaborate with IT and Data departments before the actual move takes place.

We have been in charge of moves that include as few as 5 people and as many as 700 people. We work to make this process smooth by being informative and providing communication so there is clear understanding of the process. This type of communication creates a seamless transition from one building or suite to the next.

INTERIORS PLANNING

We help our clients evaluate the current use of their site and space. Our professionals conduct thorough interviews with your key leaders and stakeholders.
