“In order for The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations to apply, two criteria must apply:1. The work must be to a structure;2. The work must be construction.”“Projects will be noti�ed by the client to the HSE:where the construction phase lasts more than 30 working days and 20 workers are on site simultaneously or where the construction phase involves more than 500 person per days and/ or shifts”

Who is this training for?

This course is for anyone involved in any stage of a construction project. So if you are the client, designer, contractor, appointed principal designer, appointed principal contractor, or if you design or construct for a domestic client then this course applies to you. the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 apply to all types of construction work, no matter how big or small the job is, or whether it is for a commercial or domestic client.

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 places speci�c responsibilities on every role involved in Construction, including the Client, Principal Designer, Designers, Principal Contractor, Contractors and workers. If you or your organisation performs any of the duties under the CDM Regulations 2015, persons performing these duties need to understand and appreciate the duties placed upon them.

Test and Certi�cation:

At the end of the course you will be given a test of 20 multiple choice questions. The required pass rate is 85%.

You will be able to download and print (if required) a digital certi�cate on completion of the course.

Main course certi�cates last 3 years.
