• Accommodating accessibility issues• Considering mobile phone users• Allowing for author’s adding new material

Technical Challenge Example: Mobile Phones
• Addressing accessibility helped to answer many mobile concerns– Text and screen size– Click functionality– Lack of JavaScript, Flash
• User stats–Mobile phone use: 1.38%– No JavaScript: 12.24%; no Flash: 10.12%
