Registration InformationParticipants may register and pay for classes with a Visa or MasterCard in person, on our website, by mail, by phone or by fax. Continuing Education office hours during the quarter are: Monday–Thursday, 8:30a-7:30p and Friday, 8:30a-5p; and on breaks between quarters, 8:30a-5p weekdays. Fishing Nymphs For TroutThe underwater stage of an aquatic insect or “nymph” makes up over 80% of the trout’s diet. Anglers who learn to master nymph fishing strategies will consistently catch trout in all seasons. This crash course in nymph fishing is held on a local river. Fly-Fishing Secret CreeksThere are many creeks on the slopes of the Cascades that get little angling action. If you enjoy solitude, beautiful places, and the simpler side of fly-fishing, this is for you. The upper Skagit River is essentially a relaxing float devoted to scenery so magnificent it earned a place in the National Wild and Scenic River System. Sea Kayaking–San Juan Island OvernightOne of the most popular sea kayaking experiences is to paddle with killer whales along San Juan Island in the summer. We can’t always promise whales, but odds are good. PRIME TIME Institute is a program for active adult learners. Members enjoy stimulating, intellectual learning through short non-credit courses, discussion groups, social activities, and educational tours.

Membership is open to adults 55+ who are interested in participating in classes and educational tours. A yearly membership fee ($75 individual; $125 couple) entitles you to a discount on PRIME TIME classes. If you are not a member, you are welcome to attend at the non-member class fee.
