copy cataloging process cataloging statistics

by the Technical Services Division staff.

1. Utilizing MacroExpress

Check for copy cataloging status, CopyCat, CopyCatEnhanced, or Original

Check for call numbers in 050, 090, and 099 (local call no.) fields

Check for a 300 field and a $$e describing supplementary materials

Series Check Run Fix routines - Delete 263, 852, 096,029 fields, etc. Create the 8xx, 9xx fields if needed Enter Cataloger's Initials Final bib review Save Bib record Item record update/create
