Mechanics Ministry

The Cedar Park Mechanics Ministry is oneof several community service ministries offeredthrough Cedar Park. Since July 2000 this ministry hasexpanded to a full-service shop that is open to the publicfor oil changes, tune-ups, brakes, mufflers and enginechanges. The continued focus of this ministry is to helpthe community through reliable and honest automotiveservices. One Saturday a month the volunteer clinic isopen for minor repairs to those in need. Volunteers,under the guidance of professional mechan-ics, do repair work for the cost of parts andsupplies only.

Lincoln Aaron Thomas, was born June 15th to Aaron andJulie Thomas weighing in at 8 pounds and 19.75 incheslong. He joins brothers Hudson and Noah Thomas.

JH Fear Factor/HS Video Scavenger Hunt

Junior Highers get ready for the event to beat all eventsSaturday, June 27. Fear Factor Junior High style. Meetyour leaders by the youth rooms at 2:00 pm.

High Schoolers we are taking you to downtown Kirklandfor a video scavenger hunt. Be ready for anything; younever know what your leaders have planned for you.Meet the bus outside the youth rooms at 2:00 pm.

Junior High and High School will meet back in the youthrooms for dinner at 5:00 pm. Cost is $3.

Fine Arts Pie Sale

The youth going to Orlando for the National Fine Artscompetition are selling pies Sunday, June 21st after bothmorning services in the foyer. Stop by and pick up a piefor your Father’s Day dessert and support your youthgroup.
