Eligibility Criteria

Schools across India are eligible to apply provided they have atleast one batch of students who have appeared in the Class 10 Exams

The school should be operational until conclusion of the awards The final eligibility of the school will be subject to the discretion of the Awards Management / Jury

Guidelines for Completion of the Form

Form should be filled in English only The font type & size to be used is Calibri 11 (Line Spacing-1.0) Schools may choose to nominate themselves in more than one award category. Section 1 and Section 5 are

mandatory for all applicants. For the other sections, complete the form basis categories applied for:o Excellence in Academics: Section 3 o Excellence in Co- Curricular Activities: Section 4o Excellence in Pedagogy: Section 3o Excellence in Faculty Training: Section 3o Excellence in Infrastructure: Section 2

Incomplete forms maybe disqualified The information filled in this Nomination Form will be treated as confidential and will be used only for the

purpose of this Award Please restrict to the word limit mentioned for the subjective questions in this form. Information exceeding the

word limit may not be considered for evaluation It is mandatory for applicants to fill the Declaration Form (duly signed by the school Principal and attested with

school stamp) and attach scanned copy of the same along with this form. Any forms received without the declaration are subject to disqualification
