Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is one true Church, apostolic and universal, whose holy faith let us now reverently
and sincerely declare together:
We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen. We believe
in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true
God from true God, begotten not made, of one Being with the Father. Through Him all things were made. For us and
for our salvation, He came down from heaven; by the power of the Holy Spirit He became incarnate from the Virgin
Mary, and was made man. For our sake, He was crucified under Pontius Pilate; He suffered death and was buried. On
the third day, He arose again in accordance with the scriptures; He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand
of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and His Kingdom will have no end. We
believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and
the Son, He is worshipped and glorified. He has spoken through the prophets. We believe in one holy universal and

Christian Education Department
The Christian Education Department will be hosting an off-site trip to Sight and Sound on Saturday, July 7, 2018. The cost per person is: Children: $60.00 and Adults: $100.00. Installments will be accepted, and final payments are due by June 10, 2018. Round trip transportation, admission into Sight and Sound to see the production of Jesus, and a box lunch are included. Buses will depart from Cathedral International at 7:30 am, and return after the show.

Holy Communion: The ordinance of Holy Communion is observed at all church locations on the first and third Sundays of the month. Holy Communion is available to all who are hospitalized and shut-in upon request through Member Services 732-826-5293. Baptism: The ordinance of water baptism, symbolizes our full identification with Christ. This is a sacred event observed every fourth Sunday at the beginning of our 9:30am worship service in Perth Amboy and our Annual Ocean Baptism in Asbury Park in July. Classes are held during our New Members Classes. Speak with a deacon or minister to register. Marriage: Marriage is a life-long commitment between a man and a woman. Pre-marital classes are held in an eight-week cycle throughout the year. We encourage couples to begin planning one year in advance. Couples that are contemplating this happy event should contact Deacon Lisa Marie Richardson at 732-826-5293. Baby and Child Dedications are every third Sunday of the month at all locations. One class for the parents and godparents are held at the Family Life Enrichment Center 272 Madison Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm. Call Deacon Lisa Marie Richardson to register 732-826-5293. Funerals: In the loss of a loved one, please contact the church office at 732-826-5293 and/or your covering leader so we may serve you and your family appropriately. A Heartfelt Word About Births, Sickness And Death: We, the Bishop, the Pastoral Staff and the Church family would like to rejoice and/or mourn with you through these important life experiences. However, we need to be informed immediately when these experiences occur in your families. Please contact the church office 732-826-5293 and your covering leader. The Cathedral Community Counseling Center provide professional clinical counseling psychotherapeutic services to identify assess and process in-depth sources of emotional, relational, and psychological conflicts and issues.
