Australian CultureAustralian is credited for the walkabout, a right of passage
where one goes into the outback for up to six months. Aus-
tralia is a perfect blend of aborigine tradition and Western
culture! Australian is a multicultural hub in the South Pacific
and balances its Western influences with aborigine traditions
and Asian influences.
Australia is well known for its egalitarian social system, eve-
ryone is equal, which strongly contributes to its laid-back and relaxed lifestyle.
Australians are passionate about sports: surfing, rugby and football are favorites!
Australian FoodAustralian cuisine is a mix of European, due to the heavy influence of British settlers,
and native cuisine fused with Asian fare
Fresh produce is readily available through Australia and is used extensively in meals.
Areas close to the coast enjoy fresh fish and seafood frequently. Because Australias
climate is well-suited for barbecues, grilled meats, in particular, sausage, are a favorite!

Blood oranges are a special kind of
orange, with its pulp and flesh be-
ing red. People often mistake it for
a grapefruit. This tangy and sweet
red wine has a burst of citrus aro-
mas. The Blood Orange's unique
flavour profile also adds a hint of
raspberry to the wine. Perfect for
those cooler spring nights.
