Avoid Counting Debris and Residual RBCs in Fresh Human PBMC Samples. The captured bright field image shows RBCs (indicated by red arrows) that can lead to inaccurate counts during manual counting of PBMC samples. The Cellometer fluorescent acridine orange and propidium iodide (AO/PI) image on the left shows that RBCs were not counted.
