Figures of last quarter are balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date figures upto the third quarter of the relevant financial year. The above is an extract of the detailed format of the quarter I year ended march 31, 2019 financial results filed with the Stock Exchange under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing and Other Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The full format of the afo resaid financial results are ava1lable on the Stock Exchanges website of SSE (www.bseindia.com/corporates), NSE (www.nseindia.com/ cor porates) and Company's website at www.ircon.org. During the year ended on March 31, 2019 the Company has incorporated one wholly owned subsidiary -lrcon Vadodara Kim Expressway Limited. The BoO has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 10.825 per equity share on face value of Rs. 10/- per equity share for the financial year 2018-19, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the AGM. The total Dividend for the year is Rs. 21.545 per equity share. Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 are in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards (lnd AS) as notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
