Be sure to set you’re A/C thermostat at 78 degrees during the summer months. For every degree lower (than 78), you can expect a 3-5% increase in energy use. Also, please remember to check your A/C filter monthly for optimum A/C performance. If you are in need of a new filter, please stop by our office for a free replacement.

Pool Rules
• Pool Hours: Dawn to Dusk. • All minors must be accompanied by an
adult. • No diving or running. • No glass allowed in pool area. • No drinks or smoking in the pool. • When entering the clubhouse or office,
please make sure you have a shirt and shoes on.
• All guests must be accompanied by a resi-dent at all times.
• BBQ area is first come first serve. • Please clean up after yourself.
Finally, have fun!!

• Please remember all breezeways must be left free of clutter. We will remove any items found and fine $100 per item removed. This in-cludes the building entry areas.
• Pay your rent online at www.mycolonialconnect.com or by phone at 866-289-5977
• Furry Friends: Please remember all pets MUST be ON A LEASH at all times!
• Every pet must be picked up after. Anyone in violation will be fined $50 per accident.
• Trash Alert! Please be sure all trash is getting put in the compactor. No trash may be left outside apartment doors, in breezeways, or
common areas. Any violators will be fined $50 per bag! • All minors must be accompanied by an adult throughout community.
Minors MAY NOT be in the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, or business center unsupervised!
