• It needs a business case• The investment needs to be justified• Changing a culture will take money• What are you measuring?

The mindset and the mechanics

• Attitude and ethos are vital• Openness is an important factor• But changing culture requires more than this

…so don’t overlook the process.

• It looks like your problems are being solved!• Remember the ‘problem’ slide earlier• Don’t get distracted – e.g. by ‘happy campers’.
