Step 1: Fabric Quality Inspection

We do make sure fabric quality when we get the bulk fabric.Although customers confirmed the fabric quality after we sent

Samples for checking already,we also will control all is good as like samples.

We can make manufacture a wide range of styles and have produced 1000’s of designs forvarious clients.


Step 2:Designing And Making Pattern

We have four designers making the computer pattern and designing new styles every day.Before cutting fabric we need to

Prepare fabric computer pattern correctly.All our customers satisfy our factory Measurement and also save a lost of cost forcustomers cause our pattern masters’ experience.



Step 3:Cutting Fabric

As we know ,clothes are sewn piece by piece.We can cut all fabric when we get computer pattern.Cause we have 6 colleagues

And 2 platforms cutting machines,normally we can cut 20,000.00pcs clothes pieces every day.



Step 4:Sewing

Sewing means the clothes completing processes just from only fabric pieces.We can check good quality or bad quality when

See the sewing ways and threads if smooth.We only make top quality women fashion blouse for customers.Normally 10-12stitches per inch and all sewing threads are smooth and clear.

Normallywe have 3steps for quality control when the sewing done.First is checking all the measurement of waist,chest,BL,Bottom,Sleeve cuff,sleeve length,shoulder and so on.Making sure all error is within the scope of the permit.Secondly, all theEmbroidery,print,or every fabric,accessories meet customers’ request.Final,cutting all the extra threads,let clothes be good-looking..

Packing is needed when we want to ship goods to our customer.Our packing is all clean.Every customer satisfy our packingmethods cause our packing team focus on packing details.We pack water-proof pp bag for each carton.



Step 8: Empty space and packing

Many US and EU customers require emptying space to pack more quantity for saving shipping fee.Also we can follow your

Real request to do this or not.We have two high pressure machines for packing.

We can produce heat transfer artwork and have produced 1000’s of designs forvarious clients.
