Balloch Farm Community Consultation No. 2: 20th June 2019 Thank you Thank you for giving your feedback following our second consultation event held on 20th June 2019. As agreed with your community council the presentation boards were left in the hall along with additional comment sheets. The boards were also posted on your community council website and are still available to view at http://www.ballochcc.btck.co.uk/CurrentConsultations Feedback received We have had 14 no. responses back – 5 of which were from people that did not respond to the first consultation. The first consultation was held on Tuesday 30th April and received 40 no. comments. Unfortunately, we can’t reply to each of you individually, but we are liaising directly with your community council and moving forward all correspondence will be with your community council. Land ownership queries We have had a number of queries regarding landownership. These areas are outside our application site. Unfortunately we can’t undertake individual title searches for land outside the application area. What is happening next? We are reviewing/ amending proposals and will be engaging with your community council. It is our intention to submit a planning application in September/ October 2019. Accessing and commenting on the planning application During the current consultation your feedback and comments have been useful in guiding our proposals, but they are not formally recorded. However once the planning application has been submitted, your formal and recorded comments can be lodged with the Highland Council Planning Department either in writing or via their website. https://www.highland.gov.uk/info/180/planning_-_applications_warrants_and_certificates/143/planning_permission/4 How to stay informed Your Community Council Website & Social Media – We recommend that you stay in touch with your community council, they will keep you up to date. Please check at the local hall and your community council’s website and social media feeds for more information. This email has been issued to:

How has the feedback influenced the proposals?
• We added additional woodland areas
• ‘Wildlife’ corridor to the South of site
• Engaged with Highland Council Education & Learning regarding school provision
• Increased proposed SUDS capacity
• Noted residents concerns regarding informal access through to 8-18Culloden Road
• Ensured that the unique identities of Balloch & Culloden are preserved
