Please do not use HG9Z-XC275 because there is the case that the housing of FX3U/
FX3UC-32MT-LT and a part of it interfere.

2 Replacement Backlight
2.1 HG1F type Model: HG9Z-1FB (Backlight for HG1F only)
Replacing the Backlight Make sure to turn off the power to the HG1F
before replacing the backlight; otherwise, product failure, electric shock, or fire may occur. Make sure to protective gloves when replacing the backlight.
Follow the procedures below to replace the
backlight. 1 Turn off the power to the HG1F and disconnect
the cable. 2 Unlock the 4 tabs securing the back case, and
remove the rear case.
3 Remove the connector that is connected to the
PWB. 4 Pull out the backlight while lifting the tab of the
backlight holder. 5 Install the replacement backlight by reversing the
procedures in Step 4. 6 Connect the connector for the replacement
backlight. 7 Align the 4 tabs on the back case and close the
case.

2.2 HG2F type Model: HG9Z-2B1 (Backlight for HG2F only)
Replacing the Backlight
Before attempting to replace the backlight, be certain to disconnect the power supply. Wear protective gloves when replacing the backlight.
1 Switch off the main unit power supply and disconnect the power cable.
2 Remove the M3 screws from the four corners of the main unit rear panel.
3 Disconnect the backlight cable from the back case and open the front and back cases.
Do not pull the cable in order to disconnect the connector. Pull the connector instead. When opening the case, do not disconnect the flat cables.
4 Press the lock tab at the lower right of the LCD module, and lift the backlight to remove.
5 Install the replacement backlight by reversing the
procedures in Step 4.
6 Reverse the procedures in Step 3 to connect the
connector and front and back cases. Then tighten the four screws on the back panel. Confirm that the alignment catches at the top and bottom of the case are inserted into their respective notches. (Tighten four screws on the corners to a torque of 0.6 to 0.7 N·m.) Tab of the backlight holder

2.3 HG3F/4F type Model: HG9Z-3FB (Backlight for HG3F only) HG9Z-4FB1 (Backlight for HG4F only) The HG4F uses two different types of replacement backlights depending on the production date. When ordering a replacement backlight, look for the Replacement Backlight Type No. label on the back of the HG4F. For the label position, refer to Chapter 2, “2 Part Names and Functions”. If the label is not found, specify HG9Z-4FB1.
Replacing the Backlight
Before attempting to replace the backlight, be certain to disconnect the power to the screen. Wear protective gloves when replacing the backlight.
Make sure the surrounding environment is clean. Take extra precautions during this process. Dust particles may enter the touch panel when replacing the backlight. When in doubt please ask your sales representative.

disconnect the power cable. 2 Remove the screws from the main unit rear panel,
and carefully separate the back and front cases.

3 Peel the protective film off the window.
4 Remove backlight cable from the inverter module.
Inverter module and connector positions are different depending on the model (HG3F and HG4F).
Please take extra precautions when performing these tasks.

HG4F type 5 Push down on the tab and pull the backlight out.
HG3F type HG4F type 6 Install the replacement backlight by reversing the
procedures in Step 5.
7 Reverse the the procedures in Step 4 and then Step 3 to connect the connector and reapply the protection film.
8 Reverse the procedures in Step 2 to connect the front and back cases, then tighten the screws on the back panel.
Take extra care during this process. Otherwise, dust particles may enter between a surface sheet and a touch panel during backlight exchange.

Installation: Install the digital I/O unit to the rear of the operator interface, as shown in the figure below. 1 Place the digital I/O unit to the back of the
