Problem
We took a look at the issues surrounding your database and from that we took critical data that will assist you in the response to your primary customers.
Solution
In order to help you better assess the companies who were of greatest value, in terms of revenue that they brought into Prime, we organized their service request totals by highest to lowest. We can see that there are a solid core of customers netting the company more than $70,000. But this was not the only factor in the determination of how the company’s efforts could best be allocated.
We also assembled a report that analyzed, by state, how much service revenue was coming in. By looking you can see it would be fiscally smart and convenient to put focus on businesses in Connecticut, seeing as how 80% of the customer base is averaging in excess of the $70,00 mark that management cited as an important asset.

1) Both Suppliers offer intermodal, dedicated contact services and truckload services.
Customers have the option of any of these services to ship there goods. Both companies
have the same to offer and the only this that would be different is the price.
2) The websites are set so you can set up an account with the company and tell them what
you want to be shipped. You also can look up pricing to see which company has the best
shipping cost to ship your item.
3) Schneider Logistics has a better supply chain management then J.B. Hunt because they show
you how they operate the supply chain and how they could manage your supply chain. J.B.
Hunt does not show you how they would they just tell you what they will do. Schneider
Logistics would be the best company to manage are companies supply chain because they
have a better order on how to do so and J.B. Hunt does not they tend to just want to do
short term shipments.
