Institutions and the people who work in them, must operate in agreement with the reason for their origin and existence, or failure, rather than success, becomes the probability

Human TorchThis superhero possesses the capability to engulf his entire body in flames. Fire is foundational and needed for survival.

The Law of Origin reminds us that we must operate in agreement with our origin and existence. If you comply with this law, then you have the foundation and skills that are needed to make good educational and leadership practices. We must always ask ourselves “Is this good for students?”

that happens within an institution. This principle applies to every level of appointed leadership.

The Law of Total Responsibility requires great strength and endurance in recognizing that the appointed leader is the one ultimately responsible, “it is not a place for the weak who cannot accept the authority that comes with total responsibility.”
