I-RAFT

1.Laying of Proofex Engaged with correct end overlaps and lower end nailed with HILTI @1.00 M c/c or where ever required to anchor the membrane.

2.Placing of Proofex GP before laying Proofex Engage where ever end laps are coming.

3.Preparation of Proofex engage membrane for edges with the help of Hot tool and placing extra Proofex GP membrane at the back

4.Positioning of Proofex engage on top of column /retaining wall foundations while the concrete is still green.

II-RETAINING WALL

5.Scaffolding Erection to be done before start of Vertical application-GDC

6.Positioning Extra cover blocks on outer face @600mm c/c both ways.

7.Positioning of reinforcement rings to push membrane in position

8.Placing in position Proofex Engage taking care of end and side laps respectively by salvage strip and detail strip

9.Form work in position

10.Drilling Tie holes from inside face of wall and fixing tie rods in position.

11Casting RCC

12.Removal of formwork and Tie rods

13.Drilling through tie holes to remove PVC Sleeve.

14Pre saturates the hole surface with water.

15Mix & Fill Conbextra GP2 in the hole.

16Application of PU WP Coating on filled GP 2 in the tie holes.

17Application of patch detail strip of size 100mm x 100mm

18Inspection of all tie holes and lap and end joints, if need be re fixing detail strip and go ahead for back fill
