Editor’s Note

We’re closer to a-post-a-day this month than ever before with 29

posts in total. This month has also seen a large number of people

writing on Chef at Large – twelve to be precise! A big thank you

to everyone who helped us keep Chef at Large going strong.

Natasha jumped back into the scene this week with a complete

property review at the Aloft Hotel in Whitefield Bangalore. All

going well, we’ll be checking out Aloft properties in Chennai and

Coimbatore too.

Madhulika kept busy with six reviews and one festival. We also

met up during my visit to Mumbai where I was fortunate enough

to meet with Rhea and Kurush, two lovely people who have

adopted CaL and contribute their stores of knowledge to the

group. Sandeep S joined us a little later and what fun we had! I’ll

be doing this one again, you can be sure of that.

This month too, you’ll see changes in the newsletter in my

attempts to get it right. A big thank you to Anurag Mehrotra for

his comments which prompted me to fiddle with the format. Do

write in to let me know your thoughts on this version.

Stay well.
