Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

Ingredients: 4 pcs chicken breast, boneless and skinless 4 pcs ham 4 slices cheddar cheese, (and I sliced it into sticks) 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground peppercorn 1/2 cup bread crumbs add 1/8 tsp paprika and 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 cup flour 1 large egg, beaten butter, cubed into 8 small pieces (optional)Cooking Instructions:1. Pre-heat oven into 180C2. Gently pound the chicken breast into 1/4 thickness using a meat mallet.3. Season the chicken meat sprinkle salt and ground pepper on both sides.4. Place 1 ham and 2 cheese sticks on top of each breast (but I prefer putting on another 2 cheese sticks! i love cheese!)Rollup each breast an secure with a toothpick.5. Dredgein flour. Then brush with beaten eggs. Then finallyrollin bread crumbs mixture.6. Brush the baking pan with olive oil, then place the chicken rolls.7. Bake for about 20 minutes. Then layer each rolls with butter cubes. Let the butter melts on its top, therollwill absorb its flavor and will give a really nice smell.8. Bake for another 15 minutes.9. You may serve this your favoritesauce.10. This makes 4 servings. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 lbground pork 5 eggs, beaten 2 pcs small red bell pepper, diced 2 tbsp cilantro (wansoy), chopped 2 pcs small red onion, diced 5 cloves garlic, minced salt & pepper to taste 3 medium potatoes 2 tbsp vegetable oil banana ketchup for dippingCooking Instructions:1. Put oil on the non-stickfrying panover high heat.2. Add diced potatoes untilgolden brownin color.3. Add garlic & onions. Continue to fry until onion is cooked.4. Add salt & pepper.5. Addground porkand cook until itsgolden brown.6. Add bell pepper and cook for one moreminute.7. Add chopped cilantro (wansoy) and mix with the rest of the ingredients.8. Transfercooked meat mixture into the bowl with beaten eggs.9. Combine cooked meat and beaten eggs thoroughly.10. Scoop about 3 tablespoonfuls of the meat & egg mixture in the pan.11. You can cook 3 tortas at the same time (depending on how big your pan is).12. Fry each side of the torta untilgolden brown.13. Repeat process until you used up all your ingredients.14. Serve hot with ketchup.

Crust: Combine ingredients for crust. Mix well. Press evenly on the bottom of a 9 loose bottom tin pan or pie plate. Cover and freeze for 30 minutes.2.
