Nominating Committee Begins WorkThe 2010 Nominating Committee will begin work soon to select nominees for a Lead Pastor/Head of Staff Pastor Nominating Committee, as well as nominees for three year terms on the Session, Board of Deacons, Board of Trustees, and 2011 Nominating Committee. Members of the 2010 Nominating Committee are: Andy England, Chair; Leslie Bishop, Rob Exline, Heather Denning, Tom Gates, Marilyn Holgerson, Todd Michaelis, Jeremy Pierce, Dick Renfro, Deb Shet-lar, Julie Wood, and Tom Reid. Board the starship Galactic Praise to see our awesome universe - and our awesome God - in a whole new way. The fun begins May 25th and ends May 28th, 9 am until Noon each day.

ADULT & HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL:Faith Matters Class, 9 am, Conference RoomThis class helps to remind us that faith does matter! It meets in the Conference Room at 9:00 am and explores a variety of subjects. The nursery is available. APRIL 25 - “Spirituality 101” led by David Atherton and Boyd SmithPick up a magazine, enter a conversation with your neighbor, or check out the latest blog on the Internet. It’s clear: Spirituality is a word that gets bandied about—as much today in the secular sphere as in religious circles. But what is spirituality? And of what use is it to faithful, thoughtful Christians?

MAY 2 and 9 - “What Do Presbyterians Believe?” led by Frank NortonThe goal of this class is to familiarize yourself with Presbyterian beliefs on God, sin and the Bible.

CHILDREN & MID HIGH YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL:

Multi-age Church School (Kindergarten - 5th grade), 9:00 am, 3rd Flr Youth RmYou are invited to attend this music and game oriented church school class where learning the Bible and Bible trivia are the highlights.

“Reel” Faith (Youth grades 6-12), 9:00 am, Downstairs Parlor “Reel” Faith is a class where popular movie clips are shown to encourage conversation about faith and theology.

Sunday Enrichment (Kindergarten - 3rd grade), 3rd Floor ClassroomKids are welcome to join in Bible study and crafts immediately following Children’s Time during worship. Please see the calendar for select dates.
