CEP Graduation

May 28, 2015

FLC – 6:30 p.m.

Child Enrichment Staff have completed

their training for the year with a class

entitled “Windows of Opportunity”. The

session explored the various windows

of opportunity that take place within a

child’s brain. Through interactive

activities, staff learned more about

Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple

intelligences.

Staff must complete 15 hours per year

of training in the categories of

Curriculum, Child Growth and

Development and Health and Safety

plus a recertification every two years

in CPR and First Aid.

CEP is accepting applications for two Infant Room Caregivers and a K-3

Teacher’s Aid for the Fall of 2015.

We also need a person who would like to sub when needed. Applicants

must be 18 or older. Please call 801-1110 or stop by the CEP office to

pick up an Employment Application if you love children and have had

experience caring for them.

There are still spaces available

for your child in the CEP and

Afterschool “Summer Fun Day

Camp” !

Children must be one year old

by June 15th to attend the

summer program. Elementary

aged children first through fifth

grade are eligible to attend.

Pick up a registration form in

the narthex on Sunday – Green

Form for Elementary Age and

Pink Form for Preschoolers.

The first day is Monday, June

15. Read the Day Camp

Information Sheet found with

the registration forms in the

Narthex or the FLC or call

801-1110 for more information.
