All children are equal Without discrimination, regardless of race, color, 

sex, nationality or ethnicity,  language, religion,  political views, wealth or social position, disabled from birth or other wise.

RIGHT to a name and nationality

The child is entitled to have a name, a name and a nationality.

RIGHT To education   Romanian state guarantees  free  access to

compulsory  education to all children wit hout discrimination.

information that matches his interests.

Access to medical services and drugs is guaranteed by the state. 

Parents  are required to seek medical attention  necessary to ensure the health of the child.

The law prohibits any physical punishment at home or in an institution should deal with child protection or education.

RIGHT To special protection Children have the right to be protected and entitled

to assistance from local authorities.

The child has the right to be protected against exploitation and can not be constrained in a job that involves a potential risk or harm to compromise his education or health or physical, mental, spiritual. The minimum employment age is 15 years.
